23 October 2017 - Important: nbn changeover today

We are hoping this notice is not needed, though, just in case...

We are changing over to nbn today. We have been assured that we should only have a small outage on our phones and internet during the changeover, though, hearing of others experiences and one phone call from Telstra which put doubt in our head, thought it best to advise, just in case.

IF what both Telstra and nbn have assured will happen, does not, and we are without phones or internet for longer than 15 minutes, we will of course organise to divert our phones and do our best to get back online as soon as possible, though please, be patient and do not worry if we do not respond as quickly as you would expect, unfortunately if that is an issue it is beyond our control and we will do our best to get to assist you as soon as we can.

Hopefully these preparations are not needed and we are one of the lucky few to have a seamless changeover, though, doing this on Friday the 13th was maybe not such a good idea?
