Franchise websites

Add your next franchise website with less work.

Give each office a website that carries your brand, shows its local services and receives its own enquiries. Reuse the master site for new locations, manage editor access from one login, and let your staff handle everyday changes with our help when needed.

Opening another location

The next office starts with the work already done.

Opening another office brings enough jobs of its own. The website can start with the design, content and structure you have already agreed for the franchise.

We built RealMosaic, our managed CMS platform, with this in mind. We can copy a master site’s content and theme into a separate site, then customise the services, people, photographs and contact details for the new office.

With the master in place, creating the next site can take minutes, with a few hours of customisation depending on its depth. That is the site setup and customisation, rather than a promise that every new website will be ready to launch that afternoon.

For head office and franchisees

Keep control of the network. Give each office room to work.

01

Give editors the access they need

Assign an editor to one site or several, with head editors able to manage the whole group from the same central login. Roles can control access to content, forms, design tools and other areas of the CMS. Change a role’s permissions at master-admin level and every user assigned to it receives that change.

02

Keep each office’s enquiries with its site

Each office has a separate site with its own content and forms. Form replies stay with that site, so local editors only see replies for the sites they are authorised to manage. Head editors can be given access across the group.

03

Use the tools already built in

Pages, articles and forms are just some of the tools built into RealMosaic. Content, design and day-to-day site management sit within the same system. Those built-in functions do not need extra third-party connectors for each office. The site isolation and automatic DNS setup are already built into the platform.

Local services, people and contact details

Help customers choose and contact their local office.

Customers need to know what is available locally, who they will be dealing with and how to get an answer. Each office can have its own service details, people, photographs and contact information within the franchise’s agreed design.

The master gives new sites a consistent starting point. Local content gives customers a reason to contact that office. We work through what should be common across the brand and what needs to be different at each location.

Editing and ongoing help

Your staff can make changes. We can step in when needed.

RealMosaic is designed so staff can handle everyday editing with minimal training. Your team can update the content they are responsible for, and you can bring us in for advice, editing or new site content whenever you need help.

We also handle the more fiddly work, including themes. We use the same editing system your staff use, so work can be shared between your team and ours.

Reusing the master site and the platform’s built-in tools reduces the work repeated for each location. That is the practical basis for keeping setup affordable as the network grows.

Common questions

Your questions about franchise websites.

Do we need a website for every franchisee?

Not always. One website with substantial location pages may do the job. Separate sites suit a network that needs office-level content, enquiries and editing responsibilities. We can work through which structure fits your franchise.

Can we keep websites already operated by franchisees?

We need to look at them. The platforms, domain ownership and support arrangements affect what can stay and what would need to move. Central RealMosaic management applies to sites running in the system.

What happens when the brand design changes?

Where the sites use a theme generic enough to share, we can copy the complete updated theme and assign it to each site in turn. That includes its styling and images, which are stored separately from each site’s main media folders. It avoids tracking individual file changes. It is a site-by-site update, and any local theme variations need to be considered.

Can each location receive its own enquiries?

Yes. Forms and their replies belong to each site, with access controlled through the assigned sites and editing permissions. Any booking or CRM connection needs to be checked against the external system and access available.

What is making your franchise websites harder to manage?

Tell us how many locations you have, who looks after their websites and where the work gets held up. Include any planned openings. We can work through the setup, the editing responsibilities and the help you need from us.
