Real-estate websites

Real-estate websites that help sellers choose your agency.

Show sellers and landlords why your agency belongs on their shortlist, then make it easy to ask for an appraisal or start a conversation. We design and build around your people, local experience and listings, with connections to the CRM that suits your team.

Give people a reason to choose you

Your listings show what is for sale. Your website can show why to list with you.

A prospective seller needs more than a property search. They need to understand your agents, your local experience, how you market a property and what working with the agency involves.

We shape the design and content around those questions, using the people, work and evidence that make your agency recognisable. Appraisal requests, landlord enquiries and property enquiries get clear paths of their own.

That makes the website a useful destination for someone checking you out after a recommendation, a campaign or an agent conversation. Give that interest somewhere useful to go.

The agency website

Help sellers choose you. Make the work easier for your team.

01

Show the agency behind the properties

Your agent profiles, service pages, local information and past work show buyers, sellers and landlords what they can expect from you. We bring those details together so the website reflects the agency they will actually deal with.

02

Make the next step obvious

We put appraisal requests and relevant contact options where people need them. Each enquiry has a planned destination, with CRM delivery checked against what your system can receive.

03

Connect the listing information

Where the source supports it, a listing feed can carry property information and changes into the website. We check the available data, images and status updates to work out which repeated publishing tasks the connection can take care of.

04

Keep the CRM that works for your team

A new website does not automatically call for new internal software. We check the feed or API before proposing a change. Keeping a suitable system can avoid replacement work and disruption that the website project never needed.

Dowling Neylan: changing systems without starting from zero each time.

Dowling Neylan

Read the Dowling Neylan case study

Our work with Dowling Neylan spans more than a decade, multiple redesigns and changes to listing feeds as the firm’s external systems changed.

The work includes structured property listings and enquiries connected to the active CRM workflow. The website and its connections have been adapted as the business needed them to change.

That is the value behind the long relationship: being able to assess what can be kept, what needs updating and where new development is justified. A change of CRM may still require integration work; it should be a considered decision.

From the current site to the next

Put the budget into the parts that need to improve.

We review the existing pages, design, listing source and enquiry handling before recommending what comes next. A tired presentation, awkward appraisal path and unsuitable feed are different problems. They do not necessarily need the same amount of work.

RealMosaic, our managed CMS platform, and RealOnline both support listing-system integrations. We work with common Australian listing feeds and with software vendors on custom connections. The available data and the receiving system’s enquiry options determine what can be connected.

Before launch, we check the useful pages and URLs being carried across, test listing changes and follow an enquiry to its destination. Ongoing hosting, feed maintenance and support help look after the website you have invested in.

Before you enquire

The questions worth asking early.

Can we keep our existing CRM?

Often, yes. Tell us which system you use. We check the feed or API, any vendor requirements and the enquiry options before confirming the connection.

What happens if we change CRM later?

We check what depends on the old system and what the new one provides. There may be integration or redevelopment work. The aim is to keep the useful website work and change what actually needs changing.

Can our website data be exported?

Yes. We can provide a data export for another developer. They may still need to map it and build an import for the receiving system. Exporting the data is one part of a migration.

Can you improve an existing site?

Show us what you have and what is getting in the way. The platform, access and support arrangements help determine whether a focused change or a rebuild makes sense.

Next step

What should your next website do for the agency?

Tell us what you want to improve: how the agency is presented, the path to an appraisal enquiry or the work involved in keeping listings current. Include the current site and CRM so we can look at the whole job.
